In March 2011, Frankie joined the staff at Uppingham School Sports Centre, where she teaches a range of classes and also hosts dance and games parties.

In October 2011, Frankie became a Zumba Fitness Instructor and now teaches these sessions in Uppingham, Gretton, Seaton and Rushden.
